It took WEEKS for the contacts to arrive & when they finally did... THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE PRESCRIPTION! I couldn't at all with them in. They're sending new ones... I'm miserable because I'm out of contacts & all glasses give me a migraine if I wear them too long. I should have ordered elsewhere. I'd rather be waiting for reimbursement from VSP than all of this nonsense.

Order an item goes fast and quick, but when i try to come in contact with them to return the order, they give no response on anything. I’m happy when this bad quality of glasses is back where it belongs. I warn you guys. Don’t spend your money on this website.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting for updates and nothing. Single vision lenses and it appears they need to recreate the wheel. Delay after delay after delay and the only words the customer care agent could say was “mmmhmmmm”. I’ll stick with eyebuydidect or my eye doctor for my next pair.

It was my first pair of prescription glasses that I ordered online. I wish I had more help in choosing frames, etc. There were not that many choices of frames for prescription sunglasses. I tried to search for Asian fit frames and there was none. The price came up almost the same as if I purchased one at my optometrist’s office. So without any actual help and the amount I ended up payinf, I think I’d prefer getting a pair from my optometrist’s office

Ordered a set of glasses on July 18th. Get told they should be here by August 1. Called today on July 27 and now I am told it wont be till August 18th for them to be shipped, let alone to when they might even get here. I should have stayed local and not deal with a bigger company who could care less if I truly need these glasses so I can read at work.

2 stars awarded rather than 1 based on the fact that I could use my full vision insurance credit to purchase my contacts. The integration between Eyeconic and VSP does not function correctly; my insurance was loaded into my account, but the credit for ordering contact lenses did not show when trying to place an order. Customer service at Eyeconic blamed it on VSP, customer service at VSP blamed it on Eyeconic, and I spent entirely too much time on the phone trying to get an answer to a question that shouldn't have had to be asked anyway. Here I am three weeks later still awaiting the check for reimbursement of my contact lens purchase (with no ETA anywhere to be found) that I had to spring for in full out of pocket because the system doesn't work correctly. Absolute garbage, and will probably be the first and last time I use this site.

I just received these glasses in the mail today. Never expected a product to be delivered in such gross state - there’s an inch long human hair strand stuck between the left lens and frame. Was this frame even cleaned or sanitized before it got recycled or returned by previous customer? Talked to associated - there no sense of any effort to earn back the trust, only a superficial & fake apology.

I received the glasses. However, they were way too big. Since what I wanted wasn’t available and no solutions were offered, including no one in customer service answering my latest question (so I could work with you), I decided to send the glasses back for a refund and go with a competitor who was willing to assist me. A missed opportunity on your part. I’m also a repeat customer who was very happy with my first order a few years ago.
