Almost 30 days and still no glasses. I paid for expedited processing and shipping which stated guarantee by a certain date. Its now 14 days after the guarantee date. Dont try to call as its normally a 2 hour wait! I understand the pandemic causes delays, its simply being transparent about the timeframe with your customers so they can make an informed decision on where to purchase. Absolutely HORRIBLE service.

Awful. 3 weeks delayed from the promised delivery date. Frames were not the same as I ordered (thin metal vs nylon so now they fall off my face). VSP insurance didn't take initially so I had to call multiple times to get that cleared up. Why did I use them in the first place? Because they took my insurance. I will never use them again. Thanks Eyconic and VSP (who referred me to them). Terrible service.

I send an email for exchange/return on 01/14 as the current frame doesn't fit well even after adjustment and there was a visible quality issue on the lens and they do not pick up their phone for hours. I have not heard back from them yet. I have had glasses from glasses4u etc and their reply is pretty prompt along with answering the phones. Eyeconic charges double for the frames and still give such a bad customer service. Please avoid.

Worst eye glass and contact store ever. My first and last purchase. I ordered my contacts on the Jan 13 and they still haven't shipped nor can you get support. IF YOU CAN FILL ORDERS DONT TAKE THEM. SHUT YOUR BUSINESS DOWN UNTIL YOU CAN. Horrible service. Posting a message doesn't give you the right to take orders, if you can't service them. Seriously how long does it take to stick 3 boxes 3 1/2 inches long in a FedEx bag. NEVER AGAIN.

Look, I’ve been working from home since the beginning of COVID... no where in their website before you purchase the glasses states anything of COVID being a issue with shipping. I paid for 3day shipping for absolutely nothing. It’s been a month of me checking and nothing ever is done. This company has another two weeks before I request A refund. If other companies are shipping in normal time there is no excuses for this company. I was Told this was a good company but from the way it’s showing I will NEVER order from this website. The speed is worst than Wishapp or AliExpress and those items come from China. Why take the money, offer different shipping rates, charge over $800 for frames and still not send a tracking or do your part to have these prescriptions glasses sent to the consumers. I want My glasses and this will be my first and LAST time ordering thru you guys. Not only did finding this review page open my eyes but I feel Whole body of regret for wasting my money and time. Eyeconic has all these people money and complaints and yet still have done nothing to help us out. Good luck on next year sales cause my family and friends will NOT order from this company. I want My glasses and a refund for my shipping that I paid For. EYECMO101053963 WHERE IS MY ORDER!!!????? WHY TAKE THE MONEY AND STILL NOT DO YOUR PART?? Due to those circumstances, our call volume and email volume are also exceptionally high. Paying for expedited shipping, does not expedite your order through our lab. The lead time for RX eyewear on our site indicates 32 days. We have gotten in touch with our operations team and we will refund the shipping on your order. We do appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.

Horribly Slow. I ordered my pair of glasses over a month ago. It still says pending order. I spoke to someone last week who said they should have shipped Friday. Nope, plus they don't take the money out for the glasses until it ships. So I've been sitting on $160 in my account for over a month. People I've spoken to have been nice, but it did take a while to get someone on the phone and the callback option is a joke. I ordered another pair from GlassesUSA and it's already been shipped to me. That pair I ordered about 2 weeks ago. I don't think I will use Eyeconic again To respond to the Covid Excuse: You have other companies able to get it together and still send out orders in a timely manner, I feel that at this point its a mute excuse. Its been almost a year, at this point companies should have a decent plan in place to deliver

We looked into your order and it looks like a part of the delay was validating your prescription. Once we got that taken care of we we able to submit it to the lab.
