Glasses received 6 days later than projected.

I feel like I can’t read as well out of my new glasses and I don’t know how go about correcting it with an online retailer

My husband and I both placed orders, separately, with eyeconic and neither received accurate updates on shipping or delivery. Mine arrived with 0 information coming to me. (The order #s are way too long to differentiate between orders, even IF one of us could see both orders, which did not happen.) He found his contacts at the wrong door of our house 3-5 days after delivery! (IN BELOW Freezing temperatures!)

It was fine and can't beat the price. I'm not sure it was worth it. First, very few options. There were a few frame options but that many when accounting for size. But more importantly almost no lens or coating options. Additionally the second pair meaning sunglasses was comparatively very expensive. I could go to semi and pay for glasses and sunglasses and com out better without insurance and a lot more options. I tried to get sunglasses but the options were terrible even taking in account a higher price. I couldn't add mirrored lenses in most cases nor could i choose a blue or green lens the only options polarized where brown and gray. It's like the store is starting and basic not nearly as good as the other options.

Mailing took too long. Over one week. Limited tracking did not provide last phase nor date of arrival. Therefore I did not know when item would arrive.

I love the ease of ordering using my insurance. I’m disappointed in the quality of the frames. They are very flimsy.

Somehow measurements tried on looks bigger on the images than the actual ones. Planning to return and exchange another frame for better fit .

The frame is not what I expected. I ordered a progressive eyeglass and it feels a little bit off. Maybe I need to get used to it more but im having headache whenever I use it.
