Had to order twice pay for everything twice, my prescription had to be redone once on the second go around. I've been waiting a month for these and they finally arrived snd the right side nose piece is bent. Literally just opened them.

While it was fairly easy to order the glasses. I am having difficulty using them. I will go to the optical to try to remedy the situation.

Don’t buy glasses online. These are the worst quality glasses ever. One ear piece is twisted. The lenses are lose. The lenses are blurry. I will never buy glasses online again.

Not really free exchanges as advertised. The virtual Try-on tool and frame selection filters didn't work very well, ordered two pairs of glasses and neither were a great fit. Initiated an exchange for one pair and found out the new glasses would have to be less then the original pair and eyeconic wouldn't be refunding the difference. They didnt have any other womens sunglass frames that were the exact same price. Decided to not even bother with the second pair. Going back to buying glasses in-store from now on.

Super disappointed with eyeconic customer service. I emailed them about a problem with what I got versus what I paid for and I have lost track of how many emails I have had to respond to because they continue to argue with me and treat me like I have no idea what I am talking about. Even after they asked me if I wanted a refund on the upgraded package I didn't receive and I told them I want the refund for what I didn't receive they answered back arguing with me more telling me I am wrong. I even sent them photos that continue to be ignored. I was so hopeful about ordered designer glasses from this company because I was able to use my insurance and save some time and money. Oh boy did I learn my lesson. The only reason I decided on two stars is because I love the frame. What an awful experience.

Glasses are too big for my head. They keep slipping down my nose. Sucks, I knew it was a bad idea to order online.

Arrived two days later than the end of the delivery date window, so I had to reship it to my daughter who already left to go back to college. I couldn't use my VSP balance because I didn't have enough to cover the whole order, so I had to go through a reimbursement process. Prices high. Not an ideal customer experience overall. Will make note to order contacts through my eye doctor to use the VSP dollars going forward.
