I recently ordered from Eyeconic for the first time, by recommendation of VSP. They took my order, spent a week to verify my prescription, and then informed via email that my order would be cancelled due to VSP issues. I called the next day after receiving this email (after calling VSP and verifying my insurance was still valid), and they told me the insurance was accepted and the order would go through. Four days later I get an email saying the order is cancelled. Its now been two weeks and I need to find a new supplier to purchase contacts from. Awful service. In addition, I found their website to be frustrating to use and did not provide all the information I needed in a useful format.

I bought an item and received it as damaged, called customer care, and explained the issue. I have returned the item as suggested by them. Till now, I haven't received the item it's more than a month. Very bad service and disconnecting the call.

Worst experience ever! Ordered 3.5 weeks ago and no update! I have called them couple of times but they’re not helpful and say it’s processing and to wait! Does not look like they care to change anything even though they know about customers’ frustrations and the back reviews! Do not recommend! UPDATE: I just got an email that my order is canceled because they don’t have the frame!!!! After waiting for weeks, they’re saying they don’t have the frame? When I called them today, they told me they have the frame and are processing the lens!!!! Wow! Just wow! UPDATE 2: The experience gets worse and more frustrating! Now I have to wait for the order to be canceled which we don’t know how long will take, maybe weeks! I cannot use my insurance to purchase glasses from anywhere else, because eyeconic is not releasing the order and the claim, to be used somewhere else!!!! The worst company ever!

The website pages for purchasing glasses with insurance are misleading. They add polarized in their package and say it is included, but it isn't. They ad the cost of polarized lenses to a single vision and progressive as if the insurance doesn't cover those options. So you get polarized lenses whether you want them or not and pay for them but not as a charge for polarized lenses. Clever but dishonest.

My glasses arrived with transition lenses that were defective. Small print was blurred and hard to read. the glasses I got from zenni with the same prescription are perfect. I returned the eyeconic glasses and requested a refund. They tell me that they are so busy that it will be 17 working days until they will issue a refund. My advice is to avoid eyeconic if possible.

I ordered a year supply of contacts through Eyeconic. They sent me the wrong prescription, despite having a copy of the correct prescription from my doctor. It took multiple phone calls and long hold times for them to even acknowledge that they had sent the wrong lenses. I returned the incorrect lenses, which have been delivered to their facility, and they still have not sent the correct ones. I have now been a month without my contact lenses and I have no idea if or when the correct lenses will be delivered. I paid them hundreds of dollars and they treated me like a fool. Terrible experience, I will never shop there again. I recommend avoiding this business.

I ordered prescription sunglasses. They isn't fit and they weren't prescription. I entthem back the same day I received them. They gotten back two days later. I still have not receive my refund. I send an email inquiring and get the same generic answer. It's over $100 so I'm pretty upset. I will never order from this company again.

For 4 months and many emails, photos sent and phone calls, promising to send me a 50 cent nose pad that was broken on my glasses has ended in failure. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
