Unbelievable how terrible this company is. I bought glasses from them less than a year ago. One of the lenses keeps coming out, so I contacted them for repair. They claim that the one-year warranty is from the date ORDERED, not the date I received the glasses. What, to protect the factory workers from breaking the glasses they're making???? It took them an extra month for the glasses to actually arrive, which means the warranty is actually about an 11-month warranty, not a full year. And these glasses are the only ones that have been defective, compared to many other pairs that I've bought over the years that are still intact. I'm a member of the Teamsters Union, and I plan to send them an email suggesting we no longer use EyeConic to supply our glasses. These guys are awful.

Terrible Customer Service. Received email telling me lenses were not available due to a supply chain issue. I can live with that. The email demanded that I respond by EOD today or they would fulfil with Black frames. Uhm NO. I call to cancel. They tell me that since the order has gone to the lab (the same lab that doesn't have my frames) that it would take 3 days to release my benefits so that I can re-order. The initial CSR was rude and condescending. The supervisor basically blamed the lab and said "We don't control the release of benefits" IF I was allowed to simply choose another frame and let the order move forward, this wouldn't be an issue. But, my only option is to choose the same frame in a different color. Here's a tip, make sure the frame is in stock before you make the lenses. THEN, swapping out for a DIFFERENT in stock frame. Based on all of the other negative reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet. There's a reason why the same frame costs double at Vision Works. It's called SERVICE. Eyeconic sucks.

The lenses are terrible. They started bubbling on the edges after just 3 months. I asked if they would send me a replacement. They declined. I would have to send in my glasses first. I told them I needed them and would have happily put a deposit to make sure that they would get my old pair back once I receive the new ones. They declined. So I had to make an appointment with my eyedoctor and get new glasses locally. The process took in total over 2 months and cost a few hundred dollars. I then contacted Eyeconic again. They made me send new pictures of the lenses, and then they told me they didn't have my frames anymore. It is VERY hard for me to find frames that work, especially over the internet. They had nothing else that works, so all I asked is that they would give me credit for JUST the lenses and I would pay for different frames. I wanted to keep the good frames that I had purchased and just get an emergency replacement from Eyeconic. They again declined. I would have to send in the old frames (which are apparently just dumped in a warehouse because of Covid). The only alternative they offered was an insulting $70 credit for glasses that will cost me at least $600 without prescription benefit.

I wanted to give Eyeconic a chance but they chose to ignore. I had a couple of pairs from Eyeconic for a couple of years. Since Eyeconic offers only a one-time adjustment for a new frame, I went to Costco for a routine adjustment of my year-old frame. Unfortunately, the Costco technician broke my frame while adjusting. Costco immediately offered to replace it assuming I bought the frame from them. Of course they cannot find my order in their system, and I am left with a broken frame. Eyeconic’s response: buy a new pair from them. Hmm, I just discovered the hidden cost, and you want me to dig a bigger hole?

I ordered contact Lens 3 weeks ago and did not get it yet. I called customer service about it. they told me they have ship it and I have to wait until they can file package lost for delivery. they don't want to replace it, don't want cancel the order(if they cancel the order, at lease I can get contacts from other place using my insurance), but ask to wait...

I would give them zero stars if I could. I sent in two prescriptions for contacts for my two kids. They filled one correctly and one incorrectly, even though they had copies of both prescriptions. Then I had to go through the steps to return the wrong one. So, instead of replacing with the correct contacts, they said that I have to go back to the doctor and have the prescription changed from daily to extended wear, although they filled the first one with extended wear. When I questioned them on this, I received no logical explanation, just a bunch of double talk/cut and paste answers. Huge waste of time. I did eventually get a refund on the returned contacts. This is a big black eye for VSP to force people to use Eyeconic as the only on-line service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I submitted the prescription given to me by my doctor for contacts. Well, it turns out it was for glasses. My contacts arrived and I couldn’t see anything so I reached out and they admitted that prescription was for glasses. They also never verified it with my doctor and pushed the order through without doctor approval to “not delay shipping”. Bunch of BS. Now they won’t refund or exchange my opened box and there’s no way for me to get what I actually need! HORRIBLE company, and customer service even worse. A supervisor called me and basically told me it was my fault and that the FTC allows them to do this. So much money wasted!!
