DO NOT USE!! After a week of going back and forth with their “customer service” for over an hour on the phone and multiple emails and getting my prescription “written different” (my doc laughed) - they told me they had everything they needed to process my order…. Then they cancelled it - AFTER charging me for it. Still have NOT seen my refund - thank goodness for my bank!

I would just like to say that I had a terrible experience and I will not be shopping with Eyeconic anymore. I chose the option of "contact my doctor" to provide my prescription during my order process. I received my glasses today and the prescription is completely wrong. I checked with my doctor and they said they had provided the correct prescription. I can see what happened. My correct prescription is right sphere -1.5 and left sphere -1.25. The prescription noted in my account is right sphere -1.5 and left sphere 1.25 (positive). This was most likely a transcription error. Now I'm told my only option is to schedule an appointment with a VSP doctor, have them confirm the right prescription, send back my glasses with the corrected prescription, and wait for them to be corrected and shipped again with the right prescription. No financial compensation or even so much as a mea culpa. Terrible experience all around. Returning the glasses and getting my money back.

Absolute trash. They sent me a pair of eyeglasses with the wrong prescription and sent me through a number of loops to replace them with the correct one. They asked me to work with the local optometrists who, they claimed, would assess the prescription of the glasses that they sent me free of charge. Yeah, sure. All of them didn’t even know what Eyeconic was, let alone they would fix for free a mistake eyeconic made. Avoid like the plague.

Buyer beware! I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered the wrong contact lenses by mistake (ordered a - rather than a +.) They did not check my order against my doctor's prescription which is where it could have been caught and corrected, and because "too much time had passed" and I opened the box, they couldn't do anything for me. How about owning up to the mistake of not checking the order against the RX? Even though Eyeconic is the only innetwork company for online contacts through my insurance (VSP), I will never use them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EYECONIC. WALK, NAY RUN TO ANY OTHER PROVIDER AND ESPECIALLY, If you need progressive lenses. DO NOT ORDER FROM FROM eyeconic. They guess size of the segment height. I got my glasses after 3 weeks and I have to tilt my neck way up to see clearly. After calling them, their representative couldn't' care less. His flippant arrogant attitude and proscribing that I have to go back to the eye doctor and get the segment height measurement, which is a parameter they should be asking on the front end before the glasses are ordereed. So now, after waiting 3 weeks for my glasses that actually injure my neck and giving me a headache, I have to go to the eye doctor and get the segment height measurement and then return these glasses and wait another month for the correct glasses to arrive. This defeats the purpose of ordering online. Bottom-line, if you need progressive lenses be sure to get the segment height, as it is not part of the typical prescription and order from somewhere else. Businesses like eyeconic deserve to wither on the vine as we consumers demand better. I lament that I can't give them ZERO stars.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered contacts for my husband and myself on the same day. Shipping was kind of slow, but they shipped both packages out on the same day. My husbands have showed no tracking info for over ten days and are clearly lost in transit. I asked them to send me a new shipment as they are clearly lost - WHICH IS WHAT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WOULD DO! They SHOULD take care of their customer and send a new set out immediately. I was instead told that I have to wait for UPS to complete an investigation. So now I have to wait for that to complete, then wait for them to ship again. Absolutely ridiculous!

Needed a weird amount of information included on my prescription that I got from my doctor. After seeing the reviews here I'm glad my order got canceled.

Is a place to order for eyeglasses and sunglasses both prescription I need I knew the strength needed ordered them and got a notification a few days later that the sunglasses was not gonna be able to made. The website does not make it clear are the limitations from the sunglasses. I've never had any luck ordering glasses online you might as well go to a store.
