The glasses were overpriced and the cheap frameless glasses literally fell apart on one side while I was wearing them. Overpriced junk! Now I'm using a three year old $60 pair of glasses that have held up better.

Extremely slow, atleast 4 weeks to receive glasses. No updates sent either.

I received the wrong frames and the wrong lenses, so everything went back to Eyeconic.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I placed a prescription contact lens order. I used my vision insurance and about a week later received an email stating my brand of contacts was on back order from the manufacturer. The shipping date was about 2 months out. Ridiculous, if they weren't available, put that on the site so I could have gotten them from my eye doctor's office. I ordered online because I thought it would be easier than going back to pick them up from my doctor. Huge mistake. I had already entered all my info and paid so just figured I would wait for them to ship. 2 months go by and now I received another email stating they are now pushed back another month!!! Are you kidding me? They are prescription contact lenses...I NEED them ! I ended up canceling the order and placing ordering form Lens.com . I paid out of pocket but at least I will get them in a timely manner. What a sham this Eyeconic company is. DO NOT USE!!!

Beware if you need to exchange your glasses, Eyeconic will only exchange 1 time and if the 2nd pair you chose are cheaper than the original price ypou paid, you WILL NOT get a refund of the difference you paid out of pocket !!

Ordered a pair of glasses and they came with a spot of paint missing on the frame. I emailed them on March 6th 2022, their system did an auto reply, and it is now March 25th and I've heard nothing. When I email them again, all I get is the same auto reply! So here I am giving a review of their chipped product and terrible service!

I purchased glasses/frame from them as the only online contracted retailer with my vsp insurance. All seemed fine. 1 year and 1 month later i notice that some of the anti-glare, or possibly polarized lens coating is noticeably coming off. I wrote them to see if they stand by their products and the response from Eyeconic was "sorry your out of warranty". My final thoughts: Lens coating add on's are likely spray on and only intended to last around enough time to cover your warranty period. This keeps uninformed consumers keep coming back for more by buying another pair every year. This company does not stand behind the product/services they provide and as such will no longer be receiving my hard earned money. ***buyers beware***

The worst ever!! Ordered a pair of black Nike glasses with transition lenses. Received a box a week later with some Calvin Klein women's glasses. They advised that I would need I send back the glasses before they can send mine. Thinking that they were ready to ship, I sent the box and followed up as soon as I seen the UPS package delivered. They told me that my order was sent to the lab and can take 7 to 10 days to ship. They knew it was their dumb error and could have worked on my pair prior yet, they wanted me to wait and upset me more. Anyhow, a month later and they are just now sending my glasses. I'll add a follow-up when I receive them. They said they will send UPS priority. Hmm I'll belive it when I see. Worst ever!!
