DO NOT order from them! Put in an order for glasses beginning of December to use my insurance up and my FSA card for the year. I get an email end of December saying orders are delayed due to year end.. no worries another month passed and nothing. So, I call. They cancelled my order! They say they emailed me I check my email daily and I searched for it even NOTHING! No email. So now I didn't get to use my insurance up for last year and lost the money on my FSA card. Total BS and the girl on the phone was like well we sent it.

My insurance plan recommended this company and I would receive an additional discount so this is the only reason I used this company. The frame that I chose along with the lens totaled to over $500. I had to pay out of pocket a little over $200 and my insurance paid the rest. I have had nothing but problems since receiving these glasses. One of the lens was not beveled and was left very sharp on the edges, and looked like it was shoved into the frame causing gouges on the inner rim of the frame. There was also slight chipping on the edge of the lens that was not beveled. I wanted to exchange but would have to return the pair and wait weeks for a new set, so in total probably 3-4 weeks from start to finish. Ideally they should have sent me a replacement so I wouldn't be left without glasses. Due to this inconvenience, I decided to keep them. Then a few months later, this same lens developed "crazing" in which the coating on the lens becomes cracked. When I attempted to return the set, they no longer had my frame in stock. This was the only frame I liked and they do not have much of a selection of "small" frames in a clear or translucent pink. I asked if they could just repair the lens and use the same frame, they said no because of "safety reasons". I asked if they could just send me another lens and I will take it to my local optometrist to install. No again. So now I'm left with a defective set of glasses that Eyeconic received over $500 for. I am very disappointed and will never use this company again.

Horrible customer service. Horrible policies. Really long time to receive the order after it was placed, but they would not let me cancel because it was “too far along in the process”, even though it hasn’t shipped. The recommendation was to wait for an email next week with shipping information. Receive the shipment. And then return it. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m trapped into using this company because of my vision benefits.

It’s not worth it. You have to wait almost 30 days to get your glasses. You might as well go to a local store.

Bad experience, they do not have any flexibility for prescriptions in the order. the order is accepted with prescriptions first and they come back very late staying it is expired. they don't allow newer prescriptions to be added afterwards. this is highly unfair to customers whose benefits are expiring. quoting the law does not really make sense here because it is their responsibility to help customers in different situations with order and continue compliance instead of burning the customer's benefit. finally everytime I call they have disclaimer of intermittent volumes of calls excuse which is really sad.

This layout is a joke. I ordered contacts back on November 11th, 2022 with confirmation for delivery and I still have not received them. Delivery has been delayed twice. Eyeconic invited me to review the contacts that haven't even shipped yet. I noted this on the review, that they have not delivered, and of course Eyeconic responded saying they couldn't allow the review to be posted.

Please dont buy from this retailer. They are pretty lax with your order. I will detail my experiences with them, I ordered glasses from them, since unfortunately i am on vsp. I got the glasses on time. Unfortunately they were defective, so i decided to return them, so far so good, My return tracking number shows they received the item on 12/2/2022. I am writing this review on 12/27/2022. I have still not received the money back. I have called customer care multiple times and all they do is to say they referred the case back to some internal department, whose phone number they cant provide me. Pretty bad experience, I am not even sure if i will get my money back

Placed my order on the 19th and was told it would take 24 hours to verify my prescription. Two days later I spoke to another CSR and they told me it should be processed today, orders take AT MOST three days. Two days after that I called to cancel my order because I ordered from 1800 Contacts and already verified my prescription! The guy I spoke to at Eyeconic said, "Is your order on back order? What is going on?" I said I didn't know but I've spoken to several reps and none of them helped me at all. He said they tried reaching out to my eye doctors and they wouldn't send the prescription. I called my eye doctors that morning and asked for my prescription. They sent it to me within 10 minutes so I knew that was not true. They processed my cancelation instantly, but I will never order from them again. So dissatisfied!
