Too long of a wait/with no explanation
Too long of a wait. No proper status update. No estimated fulfillment date, and obviously not enough employees to work in fulfillment. Customer service person I spoke to doesn't have good skills.

I have vsp insurance. Eyeconic gives you post insurance cost easy. You need to capture your PDD measurement. The glasses I purchased were an excellent price. Nice dragon frames with thinner index, progressive, and the glare/ scratch resistant coating. I am meticulous about my glasses. I clean them gingerly. The lenses always smudge after cleaning . After about six months I noticed many superficial small cracks develop. At 11 months I tried to honor my warranty. I took pictures; it's impossible with a pixel 10 pro to demonstrate these scratches and spider like patterns. When I paid for the most expensive lense with scratch resistant coating I expected better. I will not repeat nor recommend this company. I have worn glasses for 40ish years. I think I have not experienced this before.

Well it waa delayed due to the games being damaged, they don't fit. And the lens is so thick it sticks out past the fame. Not happy

The glasses are too big for me, so I sent them back for a refund. I will order a different pair once I receive my refund.

Contacts for right eye were not stocked . Cryptic emails stating there was an error with prescription dragged on for a week. Bad business, that

I ordered from this site 2 years ago with no insurance, now I have VSP. "We take VSP!" ~double charge prices I'll just drop insurance and order from a real site. $400 for biweekly acuvue with VSP? Lol just paid $300 with no insurance from lens.com, and that came with a $105 rebate. This is a scam site.

Needed to return the item as my glasses were blurry.

Chat agents are very rude and make for a terrible experience. They were also absolutely no help and just kept referring me back to my optometrist. I even shared a copy of the prescription so there’s obviously some training that needs to happen to get them up to speed. Was easy to order and shipping was fast but I don’t recommend and won’t use again due to poor customer experience.
