I've ordered from them a few times with no issues. This last time was very difficult and not good customer service. My son's glasses were way too small so I had to exchange them. My insurance covered all but $145 on a $240 single vision gold level lens package. He found a new larger pair to exchange them for. Here is where the problem arises. The new frames were only $180 and I was told that Eyeconic doesn't refund the difference. "We don't do that". Um, yes you have to. You can't overcharge and told me to find a pair of equal of lesser value. But if I completely returned them I would be refunded the full amount and could then repurchase. I was told AFTER I did the exchange. WTH is that all about?

My computer screen is blurry. The lower part of progress lens needed to be higher.

I reached out to them inquiring about their warranty, I was told almost 2 months ago my glasses qualify for warranty. A few days later I got tracking info, but it still says waiting on item to be scanned in. I reached out to them asking about it and they said i received tracking and will get another email to send back the old pair. No one will respond to my emails or inquiries, this is the worst company’s customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

The first time I ordered contact lenses through Eyeconic, was in May 2023, as they are the preferred company through my insurance. They cancelled my order and said the brand on my prescription was incorrect and were unsuccessful in contacting my optometrist for confirmation. I had to contact the optometrist myself, firstly to ask them to contact Eyeconic, then finally to update the prescription to the exact brand (even though they are interchangeable, you’d think Eyeconic would be aware of this) and finally my contact lenses were sent to me. It is now August 2023 and I went to order another box of the EXACT SAME CONTACT LENSES. I was notified AGAIN that they were trying to contact the optometrist to verify the brand. I called customer service and spoke to Brian who was unsympathetic and told me that even though I did the exact same order with the exact same prescription in May, that it’s now August and this prescription is no longer acceptable. The doctor NEEDS to be contacted, to confirm that I’m allowed to order this brand again. I tried to explain to him that “Biofinity” while being a brand, is also a type of contact lens interchangeable with “Biofinity Energys”. Eyeconic don’t keep “Biofinity” so I have to order the energys, which is information I had to find out myself from the manufacturer’s website and why didn’t Eyeconic know this if they’re apparently specialists in contact lenses and eyewear. Brian would not accept my very clear explanation, and insisted that this could only be resolved by contacting the optometrist, which have not opened yet for the day. I was and am obviously extremely frustrated by this whole process which has not been resolved, and I’ve been ordering and wearing contact lenses for almost 20 years. Perhaps Eyeconic and its employees need to be further educated about contact lenses and the different brands and which ones are equivalent within and across brands. It’s a bad look that a customer, knows more about contact lenses than Eyeconic’s employees. Additionally, these exact same contact lenses that I’ve been trying to order Eyeconic is charging $66/box to my insurance, when I can order them for $44/box from other providers.

BE CAREFUL. They apply incorrect sales tax calculations to your orders, especially if you use VSP insurance. They tax the full retail amount even though you are not paying that much due to the insurance discounts. It is illegal to tax discounts from health insurance and co-pays. What out!!!!

Website not functioning to complete purchase. After finding glasses frames, creating an account, added the frames to my bag. Trying to check out and my bag cannot be accessed. Waste of time. I have money. Don’t Pretty Woman me!
