So far my dealings with eyeconic have been fantastic. I am away from home so have not tried my glasses on. My daughter received the parcel and sent me a photo it looks great. Still must try on.

Glasses were easy to order and received ahead of schedule. What I don't like is the 2+ emails I am now getting advertising your products. I'd prefer to get one email per month, not per hour....

Had tough time online the first time. After spending an hour online I called Eyeconic and learned the site was not fully functional at that time!! Would not have wastes time if notice let me know this. On the other hand I love my prescription sunglasses.

The process of ordering was simple. An incredible benefit was being able to enter personal insurance information for the system to generate accurate coverage and available options. The downfall is the aftermath proceeding delivery. Unfortunately the list of doctors and facilities authorized/contracted to resize the glasses is irrelevant. No one on the Eyeconic list was familiar with their claim to adjust the glasses, leaving my son without properly fitting glasses until I can locate (and pay) another doctor. This is critical as most doctors will not adjust glasses they didn't prescribe as to not void the warranty.

EDIT: While I still believe that glasses should be functional without purchasing the anti-reflective coating, Eyeconic reached out to me and made an exception for a return. I still stand by my initial review of their help desk representatives being very easy to contact and that my glasses came less than 2 weeks after ordering. Terrible. Glasses are useless. I purchased my glasses with the silver package without paying the additional fee of anti-glare coating. I didn't purchase this as I have never purchased it with "lower end" online retailers and have never had a problem. I can't even see out of my glasses from the glare, I'm just constantly looking at my own reflection causing blurry vision. Spoke with multiple representatives and they were unable to do anything. Don't purchase glasses from them and if you do, buy the additional $80 gold package. They did come within 2 weeks though and I had no trouble contacting the representatives.

Update to review - after Tessa from VSP stepped in, I am now getting replacement lenses sent to me. I hate that I had to leave a negative review but thanks to Tessa and her help I am satisfied now. I placed my order on January 20 for my contacts. They shipped on January 25 using UPS/USPS - so they lied because my order said I was receiving ground shipping. Supposedly the contacts were delivered yesterday (February 11) by USPS but I did not receive them. When I contacted Eyeconic I was told they will have to start a claim with UPS/USPS before they can do anything and that will take 7-10 days. So I am now out of contact lenses as well as the money I paid for them and they can’t do anything right now to fix this????. This is a terrible company and I will not be doing business with them any longer. I should also add that they don’t respond to emails. I received an email today from Eyeconic stating USPS delivered the item and to reply to their email if I still had an issue. I did reply - letting them know that I had already told them the USPS tracking had shown it delivered but it was not delivered to me.

I’ve two pairs of glasses from eyeconic two years in a row. I wear nothing but Persol, they don’t have a wide selection but a good selection. Their lab process time is not good, but their prices are really good if you you use your insurance. If you can wait up to 3 1/2 weeks for glasses and know what you want. then this is a good site to use. Not for everyone but you get what you pay for.

Man, there are some pretty shallow "reviewers" on here. If one did research-or realized there is a GLOBAL Pandemic happening-they may realize that A: Supply chain is overloaded. B: Eyeconic let's you know this & more, once you place your order, after you place your order and also in the info. Because I always do my due diligence, I knew placing the order online would probably take a little longer than if I was to EVEN FIND a place where I could go. I was quoted at an average of 2-3 months for fulfillment. Eyeconic actually took less time than quoted. Shipping was excellent and took 3 days arriving today. Beyond that, glasses cost me a little over +100 less, are in good condition and if their anti scratch coating works well then Eyeconic definitely deserves 5 ⭐⭐ ✨ ✨!!!
