I ordered glasses from eyeconic on 2/6/21 and received them today (3/3/21). I ordered them before looking at any reviews because my insurance provider recommended them; I'm glad I didn't look at reviews beforehand since they're mostly negative. It seems like the majority of complaints are due to the amount of time it takes to receive an order, but the website clearly states the expected time and notes that the shipping time (4-7 days or however long) is only AFTER the glasses have been made, which makes sense. Maybe I just got lucky, but I'm happy with my new glasses and understood that the shipping was expected to take a bit longer.

I tried Eyeconic this year because I needed to renew contacts and didn't want to spend time onsite at a Vision Care location because of the pandemic. I was nervous about negative reviews but I really struggled to find a place online that accepted my insurance provider (Cigna Vision). I'm happy to say that my experience was great! I signed up with Eyeconic and ordered the same brand of contacts, filling in my prescription details and attaching a photocopy of my prescription. From the time I signed up and placed an order, it took two days to validate my prescription, two days to ship, and only one day to get to me with the fastest shipping method. Having read other reviews I was surprised to find new contacts at my doorstep in less than a week. Here's hoping it's a positive trend. There aren't many options for working with insurance online and I couldn't find any other that was so painless. Next time I need to order online I won't hesitate to choose Eyeconic again!

glasses shipped within one month. Customer service has been very attentive. I am receiving them today. I have no issue whatsoever with extra lead time as long as the glasses are correct. all of these people hemming and hawing need to shut the hell up and leave this company alone! I am sure they are doing the best they can under the circumstances. This world is too much about instant gratification and looking for something to B.I.T.C.H about. I mean, come on, as long as you get your glasses, what difference does the lead time really make? None in my opinion. To all you who gave low ratings because "they took too long to get my glasses to me". Cry me a damn river and grow the F.U.C.K up! If you think you could do better, than startup your own company and compete with them instead of whining about how they run theirs.

I knew what I was getting into when I placed my order. The website was clear that there would be an extensive, longer than usual, wait. So I was ready and the experience did not disappoint. The glasses were exactly what I wanted, lenses are perfect and you can't beat the price, especially when applying VSP benefits. This is worth the wait! I would have spent 5 times this cost if I went to Lens Crafters or some other quick turnaround storefront. In a non-Covid world, I'm sure it wouldn't have taken over a month to receive my order, but if you go into this experience with these expectations in mind, I promise you it will be a pleasant one.

I ordered contacts from here in January. It did take them longer to verify my prescription than I had thought, but that was okay since I wasn't in a rush. It took 5 business days to verify, and 2 business days after to ship. All in all, from the time I ordered to the time I received the contacts took ~2 weeks. Maybe glasses would take longer, but I'm happy I was able to order contacts from here with my insurance and not have to go into a store during the pandemic.

I'm hoping for an update on my glasses. Order # EYECMO101047786. I placed my order on 12/29/20 and received an email that my prescription was validated on 1/2/21. Hopefully production is complete and they will be shipping ASAP. Thank you!

Ordering was easy. Love the virtual try on feature. Accepted my insurance. Had to call customer service to sort out something that ended up being my doctor's mistake. The person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to fix my issue quickly. Received my glasses in about 2 weeks (give or take a couple days). No complaints!

I’ve ordered my glasses every year from Eyeconic. I love all my style options and my insurance covers most of my cost. I usually only have to pay $30-$50 dollars out of pocket for designer frames after connecting my benefits.
