It's really unfortunate that there are so many bad reviews for Eyeconic. I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses in 6 months; 2 for two of my kids and most recently, 1 for myself. All of them arrived according to the time frame that was specified when I ordered (about a week and a half). All my prescriptions were verified with my Eye Dr. before being prepared. I used my insurance in combination with promotions and coupons, which ended up being much cheaper than at my Doctor's office. I did opt for the tech shield and sun sync on all 3 glasses. All arrived perfectly; no scratches, no frame issues, no sizing issues, lenses were perfect. I have nothing bad to say. I had no issues at all, so no reason to contact the company, so I can't comment on that.

I had a rushed next day contact lens order, with a valid RX uploaded at time of order, but the order stayed in RX review for 4 days (twice what their website says) After reading the review here I was really nervous so I called customer service to cancel my order. I got through really quickly and the agent apologized for the delay and validated the RX and got it moving on to shipping. So I am still happy with the experience and the ability to use my VSP benefits and will be ordering with them again.

I wish it did not take as long to get the glasses but the overall fit and vision is perfect. This is my first pair of glasses and these are progressive, so I was nervous to purchase but my husband had a excellent experience with Eyeconic. Very happy with my purchase.

I have ordered twice from eyeconic. Both glasses took about 2 weeks to come in. I did pay for overnight shipping, so faster than it could have been. I got all the extras I could for my kids glasses, and they both arrived in perfect condition and just as they were ordered. I really have no complaints except that I wish they offered an extended warranty or broken glasses warranty just in case. These glasses aren't cheap and I cringe just imagining my kids breaking them.

I am a VSP member and saw that I could order glasses online with my insurance through eyeconic.com. I was skeptical at first as I wondered how they would be made and fit. I have always ordered eyeglasses in person. The virtual try on is great and helped me pick these glasses. Using my insurance I was able to get all the options I needed including progressive lenses for $100! I placed the order and two weeks later glasses arrived and were perfect. I put them on and they were just a bit tight so I printed the form from eyeconic to have complimentary fitting done at any VSP provider. The eye doctor office I went to had no idea what the form was for but adjusted the glasses for free. I will absolutely use this company again for my next pair of glasses.

I had a great experience with Eyeconic. They have a great selection of frames and site is user friendly. My glasses came in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely use Eyeconic again.

Ok! So I wanted to leave a fair review after seeing a lot of bad ones. I always order from Target but my insurance changed so I decided to give Eyeconic a try. Ordered on 15 received on 30th. Process was easy. Shipping time was two weeks not terrible. I also love my glasses.

EYECMO101127229 I placed an eyeglass order on 03/10/2021. I usually spend hours doing research before making and online purchase. But because it was easy to use my benefits I placed an order with no research. After I hit the payment button, something told me to read the reviews. I was like “oh my” this is going to be a circus. I was so wrong. I don’t know if Eyeconic realized how much business they were losing based on reviews, but I received my glasses today. A few days short of the 21 days stated on the website. I’m so happy with my glasses and the case. I ordered MCM glasses, and received a matching case. I definitely will use them again.
