When I ordered wrong type lenses for my glass, they canceled my order quickly so I could order correct lens instead. And I'm happy with my new glasses. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised when my glasses came. They are good, sturdy, quality frames, and I can see clearly out of them compared to my other brand. Customer service was very friendly, helpful and professional. The website has a large selection and I loved the online try-on feature. I will definitely order from here again.

Very happy with my glasses and with Eyeconic

My son is not a shopper. He isn't the kind of young man who spends an hour trying on glasses at the dr's office. He really wanted new sunglasses in the same exact style as his eyeglasses but they weren't available. Enter eyeconic.com. It took maybe 30 minutes for my extra-choosy teen to select frames, connect his benefits, link the site to his eye doc for the prescription and check out. Best of all, prescription sunglasses cost us a whopping $20! He didn't care about this next part, but I sure did. We had email communication every step of the way--we've contacted your doctor, your order is on its way, etc. When his glasses arrived, the packaging was fabulous. He loved the glasses and it felt like a personalized experience, start to finish. His glasses were nearly perfect right out of the box. We stopped in at our eye dr's--without an appointment--and they adjusted the arms so they fit perfectly on his face. What a win!!

i had a little trouble with the virtual trial but otherwise the process was seamless. My ophthalmologist insisted that i not try an online service. I’m glad that i did. I think i will order a second pair.

The price and quality is amazing. I will be using this site again.
