Extremely expensive products. They mark up glasses to adjust for insurance. I checked other sites after placing an order for Ferragamo frames and noticed they were half the price (~$200) for the exact same frames. I used the maximum coverage from my insurance ($200 I believe) bringing the total to $400. Charging $1,079.92 that you can get for $130 at Walgreens.

I ordered two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses and both came in as single vision lenses. I called in to find out what to do and was told to go to my doctor and get them checked to find out what was wrong and call back. I called back and was told that they absolutely need it in writing signed by the doctor. Went back to the doctor for this and then when I called back again to confirm the email address to send it to, the third agent told me that they needed the segment height which is always required for progressive lenses. At that point I was fed up since now I was being told something that, if true, could have been handled by a simple phone call or email instead of fulfilling an order that required more info. This is the first time I've encountered a glasses shop that just doesn't seem to be able to get it together. Sending them back for a full refund today.

Worst, cheapest made glasses EVER! They didn't have any great choices, so I got what I thought would be ok, but I was wrong! Totally HATE them!

They’re not aware of their inventory and cancelled my order after my insurance period ended. Now they say they cannot source the frame although it’s still shown as available in their website. Almost smells like insurance fraud, but this time by the insurance company. Unbelievable.

I hate the Eyeconic brand. I spend more time replacing the nose pad. It falls off so much, it makes it hard to find and when I'm outdoors, forget it! It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. I had eyeglasses repair places tried to tighten the part that holds it they're unable to do it. Never again will I ever buy from Eyeconic.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Frustrating ordering experience. Would not recommend. Provided rx with order as requested. Received email the rx photo was blurry (I verified, it wasn't), but reuploaded. Today I was informed my order was cancelled and benefits were lost due to New Year but they will refund the amount I payed.

Overpriced glasses that feel incredibly cheap. "High index" lenses were massive and not even the right prescription. They need a new QA department, if they even have one in the first place.

I ordered the prescription glass. The glasses were expensive and expected to have a good quality. Forget about the quality the reading power was completely messed up. I had to travel internationally and with the glasses and the customer service could only do after I return and then process my new glasses. So I was cleaning the mess created by someone else and suffer and thy just could not afford to sent me the new pair soon. Dont know how to make a reading glasses that such a shame
