So , EYECONIC made their wrong a right , their warranty dept replaced my expensive MCM710 Translucent Frames with a more expensive MCM 2719 Burgundy and Gold Large Cat Eye Retro , very classy, they did a very good job on the lense and returned my money from the last frames and it covered a second pair so I got the Taupe/ Clear and Gold Framed Schoolboy Retro's and did a good job on the lense as well both lense are Transitions, so thank you EYECONIC for making a wrong right🥰!

I’ve been ordering contacts from Eyeconic for the past few years and have not had any issues with orders or insurance being accepted. However my most recent order of 24 pack of contacts was lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and was responded to promptly while they investigated internally what happened. They followed up 2 days later saying they would re-send my contacts for no additional charge. What I love most about this exchange is I didn’t need to chase anyone down to get an answer and were proactive in solving the issue. Definitely will be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered on a Saturday on mlk weekend. Received my glasses 7 days later a week before estimated even with everything added on to it! My experience has been nothing but positive with them

The company is keeping the cost of prescription Eyewear down which is so appreciated in this economy. I received a high quality product that fit well in about a week. The technology you use to fit glasses is spot on. My experience here was better than any experience that I've had with an optician.
