Took WAAAAY too long to arrive.

Wrong color case,prescription instead of non and they were chipped. I sent back waiting on replacement pair. They were nice looking the attention to detail on glasses were 👌🏾. The attention to details on my order was 🗑️.

I can’t see out of them all that great, I have to move my head around to adjust too see

Length of time was longer than expected. Glasses are very lite weight flimzy. Worried they will break soon. Free reading glasses arent even close to my prescription so cant even use.

The glasses are nice but they are not straight.

Everything except how they fit I tried them on virtually and they fit perfectly. When I received and tried them on too wide for my face

I really liked the selection. I liked the prices and the deals. I do not like the length of time that it has taken to actually get my glasses. This portion needs a lot of work. I like the speed and effort that was taken after I emailed with my concerns. Very fast response. I think that if your glasses are going to take longer to process than the company should reach out with an explanation. Also I ordered two pairs of glasses, one was delayed longer, I asked to have the ready pair shipped sooner. There must have been some confusion on which pair was being sent first. Because the pair that was supposed to have been shipped first, was not the pair I received first. So that aspect could use some work. The delay is irritating. But not unhappy with the glasses that I have received.

I was told I would receive a label via mail to send back a pair. Im still waiting. I can update my reviews after getting the label and my glasses corrected
