Exxon MobilReviews of exxonmobil.com

I recently went to Walmart for an oil change. I purchased Mobil 1 oil and a filter. While I was waiting for my car, I noticed a Mobil 1 poster. Buy 5 quarts of Mobil 1 and receive a $10 rebate and a collector cup. When I got home I called Exxon Mobil to see if my oil change qualified for the rebate and I was told yes. I submitted my paperwork to Mobil and received a message 4 weeks later. You do not qualify for the rebate because your oil change receipt showed you only purchased 4.8 quarts, not 5. Are you kidding? I was 6 ounces short and the world's richest corporation wouldn't honor the rebate. Exxon Mobil can go to hell and I will never purchase products from them again

What totally inept, incompetent customer service dept.including bogus supervisors.after using the card since.2022,added mobile rewards.app would not recognize the card.call cs numerous times.after 2-3 hrs.phone time after lengthy verify processes.multiple times on same call.they still bounce u around to outsourced morons.still cant add the card.after 2 months trying.whoever is in charge must be a imbecile.

Trying to close account Ai does not understand

SCAM - 5p off per litre at Esso with Nectar It does not work. At best they just refund you the 300 points back, but what is the point in using this offer if it never works? I'd rather go elsewhere which is 2p less per litre. Then they never respond for compensation Useless and SCAM - avoid.

The customer care service needs to be improved

Was not satisfied with the customer service!!No resolution provided

I have been unsatisfied by the customer care representative. They dont have answers to my questions and dont have knowledge about their product

The customer care never have any answers to any problem I face. They just introduce special fleet cards for better promotions and discount but all of it is useless
