I purchased the Fire Weather Meter to use In my role as a Ground Observer and Fire Cause Investigator in the Fire Service. It is very easy to use and gathers all the information required. I also purchased the Kestrel Wind Vane. Definitely needed to get correct 10 minute weather obsevations. Delivery time to Australia was very prompt.

ExtremeMeters provided excellent, fast service and customer service. Mike responded immediately when I informed them of delays in the Mexican mail system. Highly recommended.

Ordered the wind vane attachment for my Kestrel 5700 elite. It was shipped quickly and arrived withour issue It is plastic vane, rod and holder for the kestrel. I expect this was done to save weight. There is a needle attachement that allows the vane to easily move about in the wind. Comnection to both the kestrel app and strelok pro is easy and provides the necessary features for the app. There are some improvements that could be recommended for the vane attachement to the rod to slot so the vane is vertical to the meter. All slotted connections were a little tight causing some disassembly issues. Be careful as you may over exert and damage the vane.
