Extreme SpecReviews of extreme-spec.com

I ordered the Titan ($99.99) case for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and it's quality that I expected. However, the glass is so thick that it disabled my fingerprint reader. I even disabled the accidental touch feature on my phone to no avail. Wish I could've kept it. Gave it to an Uncle. It also took 20 days to be delivered.

I ordered a Samsung case from this business, shipping time was longer than expected but the case is actually really good quality and definitely worth the investment.

All is well in my Kingdom because the phone case that I sacrificed to save for has arrived and I'm no longer a dissatisfied customer. The shipping time was actually rather fast as it was less than a week. The product meets or exceeds my expectations. I'm looking forward to enjoying this phone case and maybe even order more products from EXTREME. I stopped by this site just to edit my previous negative response to this company. I wish to remove that negative review, citing a lack of response from the company regarding shipping documentation. I thought the company was located in the United States. Therefore, I expected a rapid delivery, which all of us are accustomed to now as the norm. However, I found out that this company is in the United Kingdom. It would have been nice to know that and to know that my Order may take extra time to have the product in my hands. Shortly after I received the product, I received a very much appreciated follow up email from the company regarding my order and the tracking number and other relevant information. The product met my expectations regarding appearance. However, I am still waiting to use the phone case because I am waiting on the replacement of 2 screws that were missing from the order. (This may not be the company's fault because this package obviously had been inspected and investigated by U.S.Customs and put back together haphazardly. I do like the appearance of the phone case; it did not dissapoint. So, I'm going to update my review when I receive the two missing screwts (out of 6) that hold the phone case together.

* Updated 9/28/24 I was previously very disappointed but this company and their folks turned me around. I received an email apologizing about the delays in reply and experience as they unexpectedly became very busy with the new product release. They took full accountability for what has happened and this is something you don’t see a lot of companies do. I now understand the positive reviews here about Extreme Spec! They acknowledged that there was a design issue on the production and things are getting corrected as quickly as possible so that what is advertised in their site will be the product you will receive. Mistakes do happen and I commend this company for owning up completely and doing the right thing to make this up to customers. Once the corrections are made on the case, they will be sending it out to me (hopefully soon!). In addition, they have provided additional options for me while waiting for the case as I was hoping to mainly use just their product. I will update again once I receive the corrected product but due to the caring reply they have done, I am confident they will be keeping their word. Special thank you to team at Extreme Spec for their caring service and turning this around positively. * Original review for 9/20/24** Very disappointed with this company and product I received. I have been excited after seeing all the pictures and specs on their site about their iPhone 16 Pro Max Turbo edition case so I ordered right away (a week before my phone was even arriving). Shipping was fast and I actually received a reply (next day) when I clarified if they have the correct address. That was the last I heard from them. Received the iPhone 16 Pro Max case and it is so different from what was advertised. First off, the aluminum depicted on the site does not go on the sides of the phone. Just a small trim that is mostly on the back of the phone and the rest is a silicone/rubber bumper. It is not gradient red-black as the spec states. It is a 2 tone red outline with the rest of the bumper black. I don’t see titanium anywhere. There is no “Super Grip Technology” as the sides are just smooth and do not have the lines/ridges on the sides. The Magsafe TXR Fibre-Glass feels just like clear plastic and already came scratched up even though there seems to be good protection in the packaging. This is definitely not a $70 product. I’m fine paying for quality but really felt cheated on this. I have emailed them multiple times and no responses at all. I don’t know if I received a bad sample batch and will never know if they can’t respond to customers like me. I am glad to hear that others have had positive experiences so hopefully this company does fix things.

My husbands phone case ordered in Sept, still under guarantee has a large crack in screen from a very short and soft fall that did not even hit that part. I get their "guarantee" for a year basically covers nothing. But this is bad workmanship for an I phone 15 pro max $99 phone case so this is valid. I have written 3- 4 times for a replacement and received no response. I tried a phone number I found online, but no answer or response either. My husband takes extreme care of everything he owns as the only reason he replaced his I phone 6 plus was that apps weren't updating now and storage was not enough. The cc company said we have to handle it with merchant. I will never buy anything from a company that has no phone number again and am very disappointed. Basically the phone case breaks and saves your phone for $99, though it should not have with military grade, etc..... Update July. They were made aware of my bad review, said my emails were sent to spam and immediately made things right. We received replacement in a very timely matter.
