I ordered a case through their website for my IPhone 17 Pro Max (Order #72358) on July 1st. Here we are 9 days later, I’ve emailed them twice, and haven’t heard a peep from them. They are absolutely scamming and taking people’s money with no intention of filling their orders. I am absolutely down to sue the pants off of these people. They, and companies like them have to be stopped. No mercy.

I found and paid for and Extreme phone case for a Samsung Galaxy S26 ultra (receipt #1672-5746) . The phone is a large expense for me and I wanted a good case to protect it . This company (Extreme Spec) accepted my order (order#71866) AND my money on June 2 , 2026 and then went silent. I've called , as of June 23 ,2026 15 times and sent over a dozen emails.... All to no avail. I have had absolutely no correspondence with this seemingly defunct company who's only purpose is to scam people out of their hard earned money. I will pursue this as far and hard as I can but I would imagine that it will only cost me more money and in the end I'll still be out my initial amount plus no telling how much more and obviously no phone case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! EXTREME SPEC IS A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

3-5 days as stated on website...On day 22 and no product ever arrived. Repeated request to company by phone and e-mail with no reply. FRAUD FRAUD SCAM SCAM!!!

After 2 months have not received my phone case, communication from EXTREME has been 2 responses to 12 emails. One claimed it shipped followed by an apology for delay and 4 weeks later no further responses.

I paid $69.99 for a case that was misrepresented. It is basically a case with a plastic cover. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Their products are a scam.

Wish I could give zero star. I am a victim of fraud. Ordered and paid $99 back in December and never received phone case. Contacting customer service was vague and problem not addressed in brief response. More attempts were met with no response. Don’t be fooled by the awesome ad presentation. They hook you, get your money and disappear

So happy with this case! I was a bit unsure ordering online, but it’s honestly perfect. The fit is spot on, it feels really good in your hand, and it actually protects the phone without making it feel chunky. The design looks great, I’ve already had a couple of people ask where I got it from. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged nicely too. Definitely a great find. I’d happily order from them again.
