When I selected extend protection I expected that if I had to use it I could get a refund. Just that had happened I filed a claim after 2 weeks waiting for my delivery got a virtual card. Ok but by this point I had already reordered my package elsewhere to a company that’d actually ship to me not switch to the post office from ups. The issue said virtual card to the same place that can’t ship to me. So they then reissue a virtual card for less amount getting me to signup for a site to order from other retailers. No I want my money back and haven’t heard back. I want a refund and I want to make it a point that they be upfront about what they do.

I ordered a product and got the extend protection plan as well, the order did have an issue occur and entered was amazing at helping me solve the problem. I would highly recommend extended protection.

Uriah got my claim processed, approved, and fully resolved before the spilled cologne even had time to fully dry on the concrete. ​Extend actually did exactly what they promised, which in today's retail landscape is a rare and welcome shock. If you’re shipping anything fragile, liquid, or valuable, do not rely on the delivery network's gentle touch. Pay the extra couple of bucks for Extend. It saved my purchase, saved my time, and, thanks to Uriah, completely saved my sanity. Highly recommended.

A company used them for shipping on an item I didn't receive. I hate going through 3rd party vendors it's just more work for people trying to get their issue resolved. I didn't ask for extend it was only option upon checking out with a company that uses them. Now instead of a simple credit or refund I have to go to website, fill in details, and hope it qualifies. Dumb for any company to use them
