I just saw that I lost all my eth that was on their website and of course I can't access to my wallet. It is 2nd time I've been robbed of a small amount by a non trustable crypto website.

Website is down for a few months. No communication with the clients from the provider, no information available about what happenned. It seems that everyone lost money thanks to this provider. Great evidence that crypto is not the future but the best way to loose your assets without ability to get it back once someone´ll decide to rob you.

Their site has been down for over a week now. No notification from them, their twitter account has no information regarding that.... I guess they have stolen my funds....

Your funds go in. They never come out! RUN!!! I sent USDT to Exrates to purchase Oduwa (OWC). Tried to pull back my funds. Waited for 1 week. Nothing. Converted my USDT to ETC, tried to transfer it out. 1 week later, nothing! Sent emails to support. No response. Today, the site is down. You won't get your funds back. Funds go in, funds don't come out. One-way street! DO NOT USE EXRATES. Scammers!

am suffering enormous trouble since i did deposit some coins at EXRATES...they did accpet the deposit...but following i could not exhange the coins...because they wrere without pairs..means not exhange....so i have been trying to withdraw my coins for many days...but i can´t do it...initially they didnt allow to transfer....now tehy are saying ai can transfer more than 1000 coins per operation...but the fee is about 40 to 45% of my amount...so they are robbing my savings and i do not know waht to do...i will very much grateful to any suggestion how to get out o =f there and withdraw my poor coins...

Fraudsters. Pulling with the withdrawal of funds for a week. Chat ban support. I absolutely do not recommend!

Awfull, they do not answer nor process my withdrawals. This is complete SCAM, beware, do not deposit funds into ExRates. They are the worst

i cant withdrawal my BNB coin!!!! i can move only 1 BNB from my account to my wallet !!! incredible !!! exrates is a scam exchange !!!!!!
