This is the worst pharmacy ever. Delivery service, staff and customer service all think I should insert compromised medications into my body. My medication is to be stored at 66-76 F. They delivered my meds in a mailbox in 102F Texas heat where it sat for 5 hours. Online research and the box says this compromises its delivery effectiveness and safety. I called Express Scripts and was told that my medicine was fine and that the pharmacist knows best. The medicine insert and the web says other. They will not help me. I will never order my prescriptions from this mail order pharmacy again. They expect me to use medicine that is compromised and is not safe to take after sitting in 102 degree heat for 5 hours. Even AI says it is not safe. Exposure to 102°F for 5 hours significantly exceeds these safe storage limits. Altered Drug Delivery: Extreme heat can degrade the chemical structure of the hormone or damage the patch matrix. If applied, the patch may fail to deliver the correct dose or could cause a sudden, unsafe surge of medication into your bloodstream—a phenomenon known as "estrogen dumping". [1, 2, 3] Adhesive Breakdown: High temperatures melt or degrade the adhesive backing. Even if the patch looks fine, it may no longer stick properly to your skin, preventing your body from absorbing the medication effectively. [1, 2, 3]Do not use the compromised patches. Set them aside and do not apply them to your skin. Pharmacist and customer service acted like this is a non issue. But they are not putting this medication into their bodies. I will never order from this company again. They truly do not care about their clients or their health, they only care to take our money while providing substandard service. Do not use this pharmacy. Why do you think they have 1 star review everywhere online? Cuz they suck.

This is the worst of the worst. They do not fill prescriptions normally until after you have filed complaints against them with Medicare, BBB, state and or federal agencies. Simply stated they are frauds. Will be getting new insurance after the first of next year.

This is the most horrendous service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I spend more time on the phone arguing with them to correct their own errors than I do my own provider, friends, family and anyone else in my life. They will cancel your prescriptions if they are "out of stock" with no warning or information about when it might be back in stock. They also will tell you it takes 7-8 business days to "process" but I have truly never seen a prescription START to ship out in less 3 weeks. They argue with you when they are wrong, are actively unhelpful, and just repeat scripts without knowing any additional details yet will fight tooth and nail to allow you to escalate upwards. Horrendous, horrendous experience and service, actively avoid if you can at all costs (truly, pay more elsewhere if you can).

They do not pay attention when you ask a question. 15 min to get put into a que to talk to a human. THEY WONT TAKE MANUFACTURES COUPONS!! WHY. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. ITS LIKE THEY WANT TO SCREW US OVER. Also the first person I talked to was not clear and only reading from scripts. Instead of answering my actual questions. So expensive! And they will not give a way to use a coupon. ANSWER FOR YOURSELVES EXPRESS SCRIPTS. WHY DO YOU FEEL THIS IS OK

So done with this company. Every 3 months I contact them at least 2 weeks in advance to fill my medicine because I know it'll get held up, then they say I'm too early. Yeah, I'm too early because you guys can't get your shit together and EVEN when I go this early it's always a fight to get my medicine on time. I really, really hope I can find a local pharmacy, because these people are terrible. I will say the phone reps are nice, but they don't actually do what they say they'll do.

They are letting me run out of an important medication. Not the first time. They said I'm not on auto refill and I am.

After my ridiculous experience with accredo specialty pharmacy, I was told that my child's transplant rejection medication has to be filled here. Mind you, kid has been on the medication for almost 2 months but now needs a "preauthorization". They are unhelpful with zero stars for customer service. I guess these pharmacies want people to go into organ rejection since they have no urgency to fill transplant medications.

Requesting me to change my 30 day prescription with 1789 refills (cancer meds) to a 90 day prescription and move it to a different pharmacy and charge me $298 yeah I don’t think so. Denying weight loss meds because I didn’t loose enough weight (mmhh but my meds make me gain weight) so it shouldn’t matter how much I loose as long as I loose it. At this point you all need to pay me to use express scripts.
