They haven’t gotten back to me for years . I recently filled out a front desk receptionist position and emailed them and call them about it . They told me I didn’t have experience despite having 4 years of experience. They didn’t read my resume . This company might be racist .

They called me about a position but once I get to the interview the position was no longer available. Such a waste of my time off.

This company is very unprofessional! They never answer the phone and send out bogus text for jobs that they don't have. They text telling you to respond for details and when you do they never text back. False advertisement, this is not a temp agency because they don't have any jobs available. They need to be shut down.

In the spring of 2024, SARAH HERNANDEZ contacted me for a job and said she found my resume on a job website. She went through all the info and told me that she was going to send my resume into the company and I told her I was interested. Then she ghosted me. When I called back to find out where she was I was told that her kid was sick and no one knew about my resume or the company she had submitted my resume to. I never heard from her again. Why couldn't she give my info to another co-worker to pick up where she left off? That is extremely unprofessional even given those circumstances. I have had plenty of events in my life where I had to notify my job and I did so because I am a professional. Then recently I got another email from her. I didn't remember who she was but I replied with a phone call. She didn't remember me. She had just sent me the email not moments before. THAT is unprofessional. Then she made a huge deal about the work I do - half of what I do is I am a FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPER. Full-Charge means I do everything in bookkeeping however, Ms Hernandez had no idea what that meant and told me that the client needed someone who knew how to reconcile. I had to inform her what that actually meant because she said I would have to resubmit my resume to her with the word "reconcile" on it. THAT is unprofessional. Today I wrote to her for the 2nd time inquiring if the company she gave my resume to called her. She told me that they had not. She told me that she understood that I was frustrated. Here's the thing - I work with other employment agencies where they told me that even though companies are looking to hire, they are hesitant because of the proposed tariffs that "Idiot" Trump is going to impose. That is the way they related that to me. That is the way I related the same to Ms Hernandez, who reprimanded me and told me that I was UNPROFESSIONAL? I promptly told her I no longer needed her assistance. These are very trying times to be out of work, which I still am. I have every right to relate to the person who is recruiting how I feel and I used the same jargon that was used with me and I had no problems with it. Doesn't matter if you are for or against him as she said she has been and was the unprofessional one in this short business relationship. Her meteoric rise to manager in 4 years is the result of a revolving door in your business and not because she earned it - she was probably the only one left. While I am still looking for work I wanted to write to you to let you know what had happened and that I will be leaving this same missive as a review of your company online. People have the right to speak freely about anything. Hernandez needs client relationship skills, which she lacks. I and the general public still have freedom of speech even though the GenZ think otherwise AND NJ is still a Democratic state that went solidly for Harris. While I am sure you'll stick up for Hernandez I find it appalling that you allow such an unprofessional person to deal with the public representing your company.

I have no idea why this company continues to harass me. I am getting text messages constantly. I have asked to be taken off any list that I somehow got on and yet it continues.

I saw a job listed online by Express in Tupelo MS. I thought I applied online, and it went really fast and it asked me for a resume or gave a choice to include my linkedin profile which I did. I decided to call them the next day at around 9am to check and see the status. I spoke with Sarah, we had a quick chat, she said the job was still available. She said she would call me back later in the afternoon. Well I never heard from her. I tried calling back later and got a silly message that they were all in a meeting. I guess a meeting puts their bizness on hold? Anyways I left a message. Again I never heard from her. its sort of funny in a sick way, they only have 3 jobs listed that are available, and they are apparantly too busy doing other things to take the time to return calls for those seeking their services. So far they have been pretty worthless as it relates to filling their clients jobs. So odd! maybe thats why they only have 3 jobs available. Also upon checking their other locations, they have a zillion of them all over the world, and its a franchise. I mean who would buy an overpriced franchise and have only 3 jobs available and not keep their word when they say they will call you back THIS afternoon. now its 3 days later since I saw the add and applied online, and I havent heard from them even after numerous calls.

Myself & my Spouse both worked for Express. They have the most poor customer service, and lack of jobs in Jacksonville. The Philips Hwy location is terrible they lack communication and everything needed to make a staffing company excel. The Receptionist could use extensive training in front desk reception. Communication for them is via text no matter if it’s a job, termination or your pay. Some things deserve a phone call, but the Receptionist favorite word is I’m by myself and will leave you on hold for at least 5-10 min before serving your call. Another Express that have horrible service is Orange Park. We have used several staffing agencies in Jacksonville, but Express by far was the worst. They are highly unprofessional! If you’re seeking a temp agency seek elsewhere it will save you your value able time & efforts.
