You sent me a conformation saying you shipped my entire order. I received one item on my order. I've called and emailed and gotten no response. **Edit: They canceled the rest of my order but only returned $171.88 of the $905 in products they didnt deliver. I have written several emails, called several times. The most recent email I sent today asking again for the remaining $733 received a notification that my emails were now blocked. Looks like I will be filing a dispute with VISA

I didn't receive what I ordered. You sent the wrong product. I called and spoke with a customer service representative. I told her I got the wrong items. We compared the numbers on the spray bottle with the number I had on my old bottle. The numbers were the same except the new bottle number had a R after number.. she said same product, they just changed the packaging. After trying it, it is not the same. Very disappointed. My order was for 3 spray bottles of "Soothe and Cool" free", Perineal wash, no rinse with Aloe. I received 3 bottles of "Soothe and Cool" Cleanse total body cleanser. It definitely is not the same. I certainly would appreciate if someone would make this right. I will return the cleanser if you send postage paid. ,h
