First off let me say that the doctor was very nice. Your processes could use a little bit of help. I waited an hour after I made my phone call. I called back to see where I was on the list, they said one more person then me. I asked to use the bathroom, no problem and I could sit in the waiting room. I sat right in front of the receptionist and waited while 2 other people came in. I finally decided to ask when I was to be seen. She wanted to know who called me. I said I was waiting for a text, which she replied “ we don’t text, we call”. Well, the number that you use isn’t the same number that you have to call from the car with, so the call went to my phone’s spam, SO THEY BYPASSED me because I didn’t come in when they called. Funny thing is that I got a text from you before and after my appointment. Don’t know why you would change your process of communication with a patient to a call. Makes no sense. Would not recommend you.

I have ordered twice so far. Orders arrived quickly, were accurate, and no damages. So far, so good.

The site is easy to maneuver. Very good variety of medical things I need.

Expressmed had exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I looked for a replacement for my Accu-Check Clik pen, and I found it here. It has shipped and I am waiting for delivery.

You want me to write another review on a product I never received. This is the problem with your software. I ordered a product which you canceled 2 days later and to which I wrote a review of the process and now you want to know how you did again . Not very well.
