I've been looking all over for Zinc for our families immune system at this troubling time. I looked in every pharmacy and food store and supplies were all out. I just ordered it online at Puritans Pride and it came in two days. This isn't the first time so now when I need any vitamins I just e-mail my order. So Easy and Quick!

When my order arrived part of it wasn't in the box. The missing portion wasn't listed on the packing list. I thought that it was possible that my order was sent in TWO shipments. I went to the website next where only ONE tracking number was listed for my order, but my missing items were also listed with the sent items. My order was marked "Complete" which implied to me that all items had been shipped. I had a chat session with a customer service agent who was able to determine that the missing item was out of stock with no anticipated in-stock date. She kindly offered to process a refund for me without me asking her to do so. I gave a "Poor" rating because it was not communicated to me that one of my items was not coming and apparently no refund was issued at the time that ExpressMed determined that they were not going to be able to fulfill my order. The "My Orders" section of the website needs to be updated to be able to reflect this information and refunds need to be issued sooner. An update about my order could have been communicated to me via email also. This would have reduced contact with the customer service agents and reduced the amount of work for me, the customer. Communication and updates are so important to maintain the working relationship between a company and their customers and also has the benefit of sustaining trust.
