The product its self was great but dealing with customer service was horrible it took days for them to reply to you and when they did get back to you they had no idea if the product was assembled or not.... luckily I bought it before they contacted me back and surprisingly after being told by customer service it was not assembled it came fully assembled

I received my purchase quickly. They had everything I wanted and needed in stock. There were several alternatives available. The website was easy to find what I needed. I would highly recommend buying from them. I will purchase more bio freeze and heat backs in the future.
