Ordering on the internet has been very frustrating for the last few years...used to be very easy and fast but more recently I have gone back to phone orders after repeated failure and frustration with the on-line thing. The live people have been courteous and helpful. The products arrive quickly and have been of good quality. Thanks for being there live and not just on-line.

We were disappointed that the large chin strap was not large enough for my husband's head. He is still using an old one of yours that has adjustable Velcro straps, both on top of the head and on the neck. We received your permission to return this chin strap, but as of today we did not receive a refund.
