fantastic great service

I ordered two items first shipped very quickly second I waited 3 weeks finally I reached out to them and was told item was no longer in stock , why 3 weeks and why did I have to email them . They should haven't send me email as soon as item was out of stock . They did promptly refund my $ but wasn't happy with the experience . Won't buy from them again

I ordered the product on 11/01 and received it 11/06. This is excellent - considering that USPS was involved in the final delivery. I also had to "chat" with questions concerning the product before I ordered. The Chatperson was very, very helpful with complete info and answers to all my questions. Will use ExpresMed again.

I thought I was buying one thing but I was actually buying the wrong thing. Couldn't return it because I didn't figure it out until I opened it. Oh and what they sent me was labeled Medicare only and I don't have Medicare felt like a rip off of both me and the gov. To be fair, I did make the mistake of ordering the wrong thing.
