Had a lot of going back and forth with order by e-mail but in the end Lisa got my order to me. The manufacturer had quoted wrong price for amount of product but we were able to work it out

Bought a shower chair & it would not fit in the tub so I went to return it. Guess what, it cost $75.00 to return it. I only paid $50 for it. When I first called and asked if I could return it they said NO. I called a second time & they said YES.

Unfortunately, return shipping fees can get expensive depending on the weight of the item and distance it has to travel back to our warehouse. Our return policy does not allow for opened or used items to be returned which is likely why the return was initially denied.
