Hello Paula, Thank you for leaving us this note. After looking into this issue further, we were able to find out that the reason for the password rest was due to the fact that we relaunched our website at the beginning of the year. An email was sent out to all our account holders letting them know of this change and that you would need to do this upon the next login.
