Paid a lot to get two day delivery and it’s still not here a week later so I’m annoyed.

Quick correction
I ordered an expensive product through them that arrived on time. But when I opened the box it wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted them through their website chat and Clarissa took care of it delivering the correct product. Nice customer experience.

Not a good way to keep new customers.
Good product, but the promo code for 10% off the next purchase was invalid and the item I wanted was out of stock anyway. Not a good way to keep new customers.
