The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was ExpressMed didn't include the expiration date for the diabetic test strips in their description of the product. They shipped quickly and the strips were dated to expire in 10 months.

I first requested a free sample of the product, but when I got no reply, decided to order a case (because of the price break). When I opened the first pkg, I could see it was not what I expected and attempted to return the product. They would not accept a full return because of the opened pkg (not sure how anyone can SEE the product without opening it). Although I was told (by email) that I needed a Return Authorization code before returning it,all attempts to reply to their emails did not go through. After many attempts, I had to call them. It then cost me $27 to return the product so they can issue a partial refund. --- ExpressMed has now been in touch with me regarding these issues and has 'made things right' with my refund. Thank you!
