Regrettably, we had to cancel your order as we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online, this has never happened before. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication as our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one.

We apologize for the issue that occurred with your order, we understand the urgency of getting these types of products as soon as possible. The stock levels for that particular item change rapidly as some customers purchase them in large quantities. Due to a worldwide shortage and the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, this order had to be canceled since we did not have the stock levels to fill the order. Our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one.
