Hello Jack, Thank you for sharing your experience in the Galapagos Islands with us. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time aboard the Tiburon Explorer and appreciated our crew's service. We value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to write a review. Regarding the dive guide to diver ratio, all Galapagos liveaboards are required by Galapagos National Park regulations to maintain a ratio of 8 divers to one guide. The guide's role is to lead dives and enforce park rules, ensuring that all divers accompany the guide and do not explore independently. Divers should be experienced enough to dive in buddy teams and handle safety stops with their buddy. Our guests, who generally have 50 or more dives in varying conditions prior to arrival, have the advanced skills necessary for the challenging conditions in the Galapagos. To help ease into the adventurous diving, we start with easier sites and can arrange private guides for those who need additional assistance. Many guests also choose to prebook private guides if they prefer extra support or are unsure about their experience level. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. Our team works tirelessly to provide exceptional care and service while upholding our commitments to safety, authenticity, and sustainability. We wish you happy diving!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your positive review of the dive guides and liveaboard experience aboard the Grand Sea Explorer in the Red Sea! It appears that perhaps the one-star rating was unintentional. If there's any specific reason for the low score, we would greatly appreciate your feedback on what prompted this rating. Your input is highly valued as we continually strive to provide the best experience and enhance our services. Thank you once again!
