I had an issue about a refund from a source that I didn't need these guys got my refund back an I really didn't have to do nothing it was fast an so easy took all the the aggervation out of it they did a great an wonderful job an I can't thank them enough

I had a very good experience with the customer service dept. They handled my issues and concern with the utmost care and response time. The communication was quick straight forward no beating around the bush. They reminded me of thier part in the transaction which made me aware of why the.role they had was taken seriously. From my perspective they were spot on as too what I as a customer always hope for professional in communicating and amount of time taken to.resolve my concerns. What stood out to me the most was customer communication. They did a bang up.job, walked away very satisfied from beginning to end.
