They issued a prompt refund of my purchase and responded with email alerting me to the timeframe and procedure so I would be informed of what and when to expect the completion of refund requested. I had accidentally subscribed and purchased from the company and when I realized that they had taken the money off my card I immediately contacted them requesting a refund they were prompt about getting back to me they was concerned and cared about my issue and refunded my money in a timely matter this is a great company as far as I can tell they do care about their customers and they try to make sure everybody satisfied and they do their best to help assist if you have any issues or concerns about their products or any others appreciate their help thank you very much and have a great day

Honestly I changed my mind about the product I was in the process of purchasing. The Support Desk @Explodely were quick to handle my request and ease my mind. The purchase amount is being refunded to my checking account. I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. I truly thought it was going to be difficult to cancel the subscription to the product. That was not the case. They handled everything in a prompt and courteous manner.
