I purchased American Systems online, it provided a couple sites but was not what I thought it was so contacted Explodely.com to request a refund.They opened a ticket for Tech Support-and yes, AS responded that they had coaching and would assist me every step of the way, however i had already determined I simply wanted a full refund- Expoldely promptly revised the ticket to Refund Request and I must say both Explodely and Ameican Systems were courteous , true to their Guarantee and most helpful. It may have taken a couple back & forth emails but as promised, two days later the refund was in my bank! Very pleased and grateful for Explodely's prompt response and outcome.

I wouldnt say my experience was great but they made me happy in the end so i am very pleased with the outcome of there service

I have received all refunds and everything ended up smooth! Thank you I have asked for a refund and they keep closing my ticket. They claim the withdrawals aren't from them. They also withdrew from my account without approval causing my card to be flagged and locked. I have 3 withdrawals and can't get refunded. I requested a refund due to not getting services I was promised. I will keep trying until this is resolved! There replies seem rude and disrespectful.
