Thank You for Your Assistance with My Refund
When I subscribed to the service, I was not aware that I would be charged more than $37. I had agreed only to a payment of $17. Once I realized the additional charge, I immediately raised my concern with your team. After reviewing my account, your team confirmed that I would be provided with a full refund. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and assistance in helping me resolve this matter. I am currently experiencing significant financial difficulties, so receiving the refund as soon as possible would mean a great deal to me. Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to look into my concern. I look forward to receiving the refund soon
