I have no or with explodely. Com , I purchased a product that I changed my mind on the purchase, decided that the service was not for me and requested a refund through the platform that I purchased the product through which was Explodely. Com they were very helpful and understanding to my issue and promptly refunded the $47 ,that of the purchase price , the refund was deposited into my bank account within 48 hrs of the refund request, I am very satisfied with the prompt response and outcome , j would purchase another product through them again because I know that if I do have a problem with the product that I can solve the problem through them and not the vender, I give them 5 stars

I’d ordered over $100 worth of products. There was delay after delay and my order still hadn’t been filled, so I got tired of waiting and waiting and requested a full refund. My refund was approved pretty quickly, and I had to wait for a little bit for it to finally arrive in my checking account. I will say that communication concerning my refund was pretty good. My only real complaint was about my order not being filled, but the communication concerning my refund was pretty good.
