All my credit cards say this is a fraud?

I have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life! Their customer service is below par and they just give you the runaround when it comes to giving a refund. I will not be getting a refund because the account that I charged the product on is closed and they will not allow me to give them another card so the money will be re-ratted to them. I always ready called my bank and it’s not going to happen. The account is completely closed. This is nothing but a Fraud and a bunch of BS so beware people please read these reviews before you purchase it. There are so many out there in the system that are fraudulent when all we wanna do is make a little money on the side. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I’ve never had such a bad experience.

This company is awful. First my bank said this is a scam. 2nd they charged my$97 instead of the $37 they advertised. 3rd. They promised an refund immediately when I called on the same day To cancel because of their deceptive practices. I called their third party BILLER Explodely for my refund on 10/8 /26. It is now 10/17/26 and 7 calls wland emails later and they still have not processed my refund and they are using it's subterfuge to try and keep my money. Horrible business acumen.

This company is shady & acts like mercury always changing products with AI movie ads with different prices. Plus they tell you on the phone that your transaction does not show up in the system. Luckily, I only got charged under $20 for some kind of secret account access called X33. First they said it would have $897 in it. Then they charged $18.70 to open the account. All the links in the e-mails they send are to the AI videos that sell different software products that cost more money. It is supposed to be a digital online store set-up, but it is too scattered & unclear. Then they had this funding thing from some account like tax write offs from the government or some other bogus system to access other money. The original one was money from an account left over funds from a magazine photography fund that is set aside that the company does not use. The Man tells you a story about where the money comes from, but every ad is a different story. They put these ads on Facebook mostly. The second one was $467 given to random people that click when there particular number comes up in a cue. Then they charge $27 for that one. There was a 3rd one with funding from another type of account as well. It is to difficult to keep track of all of these accounts. There was one that sounded more legitamet, this one was a man called Philip Johansen from Denmark, who had a software system that runs the whole show for you. His video made more sense than all the others. You are actually selling a real product for $2000. He spends a lot of time explaining the affiliate marketing as a whole & shows different customers profiles & how much they have earned if they really work at it. In short I did not want to do afilliate marketing in the first place, plus it is far to difficult to get a refund by phone or from the website because they ask for information that does not exist. Like an order ID, the emails just have more junk videos in the links. One email told me another device from a foreign country ha accessed my account. The link was another junk video with the same name as sender in every email regardless of content.

I ordered the Sims kit program and experienced difficulty using it. I sent in ticket after ticket to be only told that the ticket was resolved and it was not resolved! After 5 days and 2 calls to the payment center I received a refund email ensuring me that my funds would be there within 5-7 working days. I will wait to see if my refund comes. These people are scammers and I found it very hard to get a refund because I was sent from platform to platform with no response to my canceling. I had a very hard time using their platform and after 5 days of saying I could not do the platform and asking for a refund and threatening them with the better business bureau and contacting my bank to tell them the situation and calling it fraud they came back on day 5 with an email stating that my refund would be issued. I will wait and see if more bs comes up with these people and what other frustration they will cause me. I would highly recommend that you stay away from these people they are scammers and all they do is cause you frustration and headache. STAY AWAY. If you see the ad for them quickly pass it by. It would be your best and only descion to avoid aggravation and frustration. Would never recommend this program or any other program from them. SCAMMERS!!!
