When I purchased a program through Explodely.com I had some issues and I was afraid that I would just be taken for my money. I thought well, just another scam I fell for, they'll give me the run around. Especially when I asked for a refund and they said to talk to the company, the payment went to first, to see if they can resolve my issues. But, to my suprise, they sent me an email telling me that if I feel the issues were still not resolved, to click on the link they sent me in this email, and change it to not resolved and they would refund my money immediately. They kept to their word and I received my refund very quickly. Thank you again Explodely, I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of your company!

The Support Team made the experience Great!!! I had been working with the Seller and getting nowhere in getting my refund. After 5 failed attempts with the Seller I asked the Support Team if they could help. Next thing I know I'm going to get my refund in the next 2 to 3 days! The Support Team knows what they're doing and has the customer's best interests mind.

I was enthralled to discover how quickly their customer support team responded to my issue regarding a refund for a product that claimed to offer one thing and it changed after I purchased it. My issue was addressed, acknowledged and resolved within an hour. I would highly recommend doing business with Explodely.
