Very patient guy helped me to the best…
Very patient guy helped me to the best of his abilities but pc just don’t wanna be repaired and we spent a good 3 hours but very cool guy this app needs FaceTime though I think it’ll be very beneficial

The gentleman that helped me thru this…
The gentleman that helped me thru this correction was very kind, patient and empathic. I wish I could have called him up personally, given him instant feedback back from our repair attempt, it could have gone much quicker and easier than typing results/procedures back and forth. He was knowledgeable also.
