Wish I could give them less than 1 star…
Wish I could give them less than 1 star , recently I found that global expert llc scammed me for $200 for false repair and maintenance. they are scamming people all the way

They will sign up for a subscription to their site without you knowing The expert I had that assist me wasn’t all to helpful. I believe this is a scam.

Extremely Costly and Misinformed
The rep was great! However, was mislead by the cost! I will cancel this service. They want to charge a monthly fee of $38.00. I received a message that it was a refundable $1.00 fee. False advertising and information! Although my issue was fixed with my printer I was extremely dissatisfied.

Scam artists
THis is a SCAM. Do not use this company. Looks good when you put little money in as you ?invest in FX or Commodities and of course crypto which then is every untraceable. Getting significant money out is impossible and you will be asked to pay taxes and fees. THey will also load stuff on your computer if you give them access on anydesk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had an issue with Facebook
I had an issue with Facebook, no one seemed to know the answer to the problem so I called Meta. I spoke to a tech person there who too was stumped but passed me on to an "expert". Turns out that the expert was from Expert Online who sent me the form offering the $1.00 refundable deal. All said and done he was not able to fix the problem. I did however continue to get monthly reoccurring billing from the company, which no one had ever mentioned there being a subscription. I called back after a couple of months to see about canceling and a "bot" named Blue asked about helping me and sent me a form to enter into a $1.00 that is refundable session. All I wanted was to cancel my monthly debit withdrawal. How stupid do they think we are?

Conned!!!
I used this company to try and unlock my laptop that had frozen. Nothing they suggested worked so having saved my important files I did a total factory restore which I am happy to say worked. However, I did not realise that by using them I had entered into a monthly subscription of £29. I have not used them again and when I saw the charge on my bank statement I phoned them to cancel my subscription. I received an email saying they had done this. However upon checking my statement this month I found the charge had been taken again. I wrote complaining that it was their fault that the cancellation had not been processed as they had confirmed that they had actioned the cancelation. I was credited back £14.50 half the amount and refered to their T & Cs. Not a company that I could recommend.
