Well - I have been using EE for 3 years now and basically it think its worth every dollar! As long as your problem is within the range of BASIC software, primary Microsoft my experience is that I get 90% of my questions solved! As it is with any technical inquery, it is extremely important that you can describe the problem very precise and accurate. If done so, I get answers VERY quickly. I would say the average is about 20 minutes from your Q is publish till you see the first suggestion. Also I would like to applaus the high level og self justice within EE If someone tries to answer a question by publishing a link to their own tool this links is deleted within hours!
