I have been using this site for about 5 years and have had a great experience. My questions are usually answered within about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Most people that have answered my questions have been very thorough. I do recommend this to all my friends. It is hard to put a monetary value on the of time I have saved because I was able to get an answer to a question that I was not able to figure out on my own. The only thing I would recommend to a new user is to form your questions fairly short for best results.

I have been a member at Experts Exchange for many years. It is the one site that you can get all your technical questions answered. The people on the site are super helpful and responsive. Experts Exchange is the only site of its kind worth paying for.

I would say , that Expert Exchange Tech Guys are very professional in solving multiple IT Problems whereby they are vendor neutral based Tech Guys and knows how to tackle the root cause rather than giving just work around solutions. I am in mid of getting approval from my IT Head to renew the Premium Subscription another year for my company. Cheers !! Keep up the good job , guys !!!!!!

Experts Exchange is fantastic for solving issues when you cant yourself. My issues are always resolved and at the very least the community will point you in the right direction to resolve yourself. Highly recommend for anyone in the tech community!

This site is outstanding..,most of the technical issues are resolved almost within 24 hours. Easy ones are almost dealt straightaway like 5 or 10 minutes. HIghly Recommended.

Whenever I am desperate for help using Microsoft Excel or Visual Basic - I am able to ask exactly the question I need an answer to - and I know that a qualified Expert or many will look into my problem within a short time. Soon after I will receive a solution to my problem, and quite often including detailed documentation. A great help in a busy day. Jørgen
