I would give the zero stars if possible Subscribed for 7 days trial to see if the things I'm interested in are available. After 3-4 days, I went to Cancelation link. And here is the caveat. When you click Cancel subscription, you think the cancelation should be canceled. Well guess again, you need to fill the feedback BEFORE the cancelation, otherwise the cancelation is not complete, ending with next charge. Even though the support agent confirmed that I have started cancelation, they have refused refund. Also, NOTHING you can already find on Stack Overflow is there anyway, on some topics even less. Good ridance and they will never see me again

Won't refund even though I never used the platform. Signed up then forgot to cancel within free trial period. My bad I know. They charged 50 GBP for 2 months and didn't budge on even a partial refund. I never asked a question, or even found a useful one related to my field of work. Plain impersonal answer to a polite request : sorry unable to refund. Thanks E-E!

CAUTION: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! was just shopping for self-study site and thought I was just getting a sample preview. somehow I was signed up for auto renew- imagine that- and even though I did not want it I had to pay for it. UDEMY is infinitely better- really cheap and once you buy they don't keep charging you for nothing. I did not go back to this site because I did not like their course. I just completed 3 UDEMY courses and feel like I really learned something. Experts Exchange is a waste of time and money

Beware of company's rogue trading policies. When I called to cancel the subscription down a couple of years ago as I wasn't ever getting solutions to my questions, I was offered a special half price discount for 2 years to continue. Now they have collected a full subscription value as auto renewal which is actually 50% higher than even their current rack rate as confirmed by the call attendant. They wouldn't refund the subscription although I called as soon as I noticed the charge (i.e within 3 working days of hitting my credit card) Auto renewal was not discussed as non refundable at the time when I had initially called to cancel 2 years ago as they had actually refunded the payment taken at the time of that call and then charged the new lower rate. These are rogue trading standards based on misrepresentation and deception. The service is a bit of a joke to begin with.The admins keep closing questions down even if there are no solutions.

if your thinking about using experts exchange!!!! DON'T DO IT. It's a waste of your money. Not only that... they will do everything they can to steal your money every way they can. DON'T DO IT!!! BEWARE of Positive posts... people get paid for that too!!!

At its heart Experts exchange attempts to be some sort of "new concept" (or did at its launch). It certainly has a very good way of selling itself and making itself look good. My own experience is that it's offering nothing new. It's a forum. It's a forum that you pay for. It's a forum that lacks the highly skilled people with too much time on their hands. Without them it's no good as a forum. Many of the questions were very poorly answered (by free forum standards). You are better off with the service you don't have to pay for such as the various "Stack Exchange" websites.
